DAG MEDIA INC. Announces The Establishment Of An In-House Investor Relations Department.

Following the decision made on September 27, 1999 by DAG Media's Board
of Directors to terminate its investor relations consultant, Wall Street
Relations Group, due to poor performance, DAG Media decided to bring the
investor relations function in-house. This new department will be headed
up by Mr. Joseph P. Ratti, MBA., CFP, FLMI, who has been involved in the
financial world for twenty-six years.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ratti has successfully established, re-organized and expanded marketing efforts for various companies. "Mr. Ratti's expertise and unique experience in strategic planning, product development and building sales organizations should assist DAG Media in attaining its fullest potential.
